Collection and assessment of used tyres
V.O.D.S., a.s. Košice is a holder of the decree to operate equipment for collecting and assessing used tyres - personal, freight and special. The collection is carried out by means of high-capacity containers and is intended for importers, manufacturers, towns and municipalities, firms, legal as well as physical entities.

Collection and processing of electrical and electronic waste
In June 2003 we put into operation a waste processing line for electrical and electronic waste. In August, in accordance with the valid legislature, we were granted authorisation by MoEn SR for electrical and electronic waste of catalogue numbers 16 02 12, 16 02 13, 16 02 14, 16 02 15, 16 02 16 , 20 01 35, 20 01 36, as well as for nine kinds of categories from big domestic appliances to consumer electronics to vending machines.
Bulk buying and processing of metallic waste - processed materials
In our operation facility in Podnikateľská 3 in Košice, we carry out bulk buying and processing of processed materials (copper, brass, bronze, aluminium, mixed metals, cables and other metallic waste). We have several top-class equipment and technologies for the waste assessment.
Landfill and hazardous waste
V.O.D.S., a.s. has at its disposal a landfill for hazardous waste, which is located in Košice Myslava. We can place more than 200 kinds of hazardous waste onto this landfill and we have all necessary permissions to operate the equipment for hazardous waste disposal.
Waste transport by vehicles conforming to the ADR regulations
Transport of non-hazardous and hazardous waste is provided by our own vehicles IVECO, which are equipped with hydraulic hook and arm loaders KURTA and a hydraulic arm ESSEL. All drivers have been trained for hazardous waste transport and they have the ADR training.
